Bring every sales call into the AI you already use.
The Tenali MCP server connects your meetings, transcripts, action items and Question Intelligence to Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Cursor. Read-only, permission-scoped, and connected in about two minutes.

The gap
Your AI has never been on your calls.
Every question worth asking about a deal starts the same way: pasting in the transcript, then the summary, then the context. You end up being the pipe that carries information to the model rather than using the model to do the work.
Meanwhile the answers already exist. They are in the calls your team ran last week — the objection that keeps resurfacing, the commitment made on Tuesday, the account that quietly stopped replying.
The Tenali MCP server closes that gap. Connect once, and your assistant can look all of it up itself — without you copying a single line.
How it works
Connected in about two minutes.
No terminal. No config files.
Copy your server URL
In Tenali, open Settings → AI Assistants and copy your MCP server URL. It's the same URL for every assistant you connect.
Add it to your assistant
Paste it into your assistant's custom-connector setup — or use the one-click install for Cursor and VS Code. No terminal, no config files.
Approve what it can see
Sign in with your Tenali account and choose exactly what the assistant can read. Untick anything you'd rather keep out, then start asking.
What you can ask
Ask in plain language. Get a grounded answer.
Your assistant answers from your own meetings and knowledge base, with sources it can point back to — instead of guessing from what you pasted into the chat.
“What objections came up most last quarter?”
Your full Question Intelligence dashboard — the customer questions detected across every meeting, with the answer Tenali captured for each one.
“Summarize every call we've had with Acme.”
Semantic search across meeting summaries, briefs, key points and next steps — filtered by company, date range or meeting type.
“What did I commit to on Tuesday's calls?”
Every action item and follow-up pulled from your recent meetings, with the call each one came from.
“Which accounts have gone quiet?”
Account-by-account momentum derived from your meetings — last touch, cadence and where things stalled.
“What does our security doc say about SOC 2?”
Search your team's knowledge base — docs, FAQs, crawled sites and training content — alongside your calls.
“Pull the exact quote where pricing came up.”
Full timestamped transcripts and keyword search across raw call text, when you grant transcript access.
Works with
The assistant your team already opens.
Claude
Free (1 connector), Pro, Max, Team & EnterpriseCustomize → Connectors → Add custom connector. On Team and Enterprise, only an owner can add it — from Organization settings → Connectors — then each member connects individually.
ChatGPT
Business, Enterprise & Edu (beta); Pro read-onlyBusiness admins enable developer mode for themselves; on Enterprise/Edu an admin grants access and each authorized user turns it on in their own settings; Pro users self-serve. Then add the server URL as a custom app. Web only, and read/fetch is enough since every Tenali tool is read-only.
Perplexity
Pro & MaxAccount → Settings → Connectors → Custom connector → Remote, then sign in with Tenali.
Gemini
US personal accounts on Google AI Pro or UltraSettings & help → Connected Apps → Custom apps for Spark, then paste the server URL. Requires Keep Activity on; work and school accounts aren't supported.

Cursor

VS Code
One-click installAdds Tenali as an MCP server in your editor in a single click.
Other clients that support remote MCP servers with OAuth work too — including GitHub Copilot in VS Code, Windsurf and Zed. Just paste the server URL.

Security & control
Read-only, and scoped to exactly what you approve.
Built to pass a security review, not just a demo.
Read-only, always
Every tool is read-only. The connector can look things up, and that's it — it can't edit, delete or send anything from your Tenali account.
Never more than you can see
Your identity is pinned when you approve the connection and re-checked on every single request. An assistant sees exactly what you'd see signed into Tenali — no more.
You pick the permissions
Raw transcripts and organization-wide access are separate opt-ins on the approval screen. Untick them and they're simply unavailable to the assistant.
Logged and revocable
Every connection is logged, and you can revoke one at any time from Settings → AI Assistants. Revocation takes effect on the assistant's very next request.
No silent narrowing
If an admin’s organization-wide access is removed mid-session, the request returns an explicit error instead of quietly answering from a smaller dataset. A partial answer presented as a complete one is worse than no answer — so we don’t do it.
For sales leaders & RevOps
One question. Every rep’s calls.
Ask across the whole team
Admins can approve organization-wide reads, so questions like “which objections are costing us deals across every rep?” actually have an answer.
Entitlement checked every time
Organization-wide access requires an admin role and the workspace setting to allow it — and both are re-verified on every single request, not just at sign-in.
Every widened read is logged
Organization-wide queries are written to your audit trail, so you can always see when team-wide data was accessed and by which connection.
Documentation
Set it up properly.
